A Study On Talent Training Mode Of Undergraduate Legal Education

Higher legal education is the important part of higher education system in our country,which leeds the democratic and legal construction , it is not only related to the realization of the strategy of running our country by law,but the stability of the social economic and political order , peace for people. Undergraduate legal education is the starting point of higher legal education, and undertakes the responsibility of training a large number of legal talents for the society and postgraduate education. Since the Reform and Opening, especially driven by the popularization of higher education in the last 90's, the undergraduate legal education has made remarkable achievements, however, we should also clearly recognize that with the increasing complexity of social relations, the original single undergraduate legal training model doesn't suited to the development of times, as follows: on the one hand the society need top legal talents, on the other hand, graduates of law school can't find work with most difficulty at present. To solve the existing problems of training mode of undergraduate legal education, this paper tries to proposes the measures of. The paper consists of five chapters:Chapterâ… : Introduction. This article outlined the purpose,significance of topics, theoretical basis, research ideas,methods, foreign training model of undergraduate legal education and its enlightenment for China.Chapterâ…¡: Basic theories of training mode. The chapter is the theoretical support for the paper. firstly, outline the concept, characters of talent and the concept of mode, then elaborate the concept and features of Training Mode. Finally, put forward four training mode elements based on theoretical arguments of different scholars.Chapterâ…¢: Problems existing in Training Mode of the present legal education in our contry and their causes. Point out the major problems in present training model and explor and analyse the causes from three respects.Chapterâ…£: Construction of talents training mode of undergraduate legal education in China. Proposed time background faced by undergraduate legal education , principles and general thought of constructing training mode, and described detailedly specific measures of firmly around the elements of talentsl training mode.
