Study On The Nature Of Chinese Notary Organization

The notary system is an important part of the judicial system in China. The nature of notary organization in this system is a focal problem with great controversy. And it determines the operation, controlling management, function and ways to take responsibilities. In this article, the author tries to find out the nature of the notary organization in China by analyzing the development trace, origin, nature and characters of notary organizations in Western countries with historical analysis and comparative analysis methods.This article is divided into five capitals.
