The Study On The Political Participation Of Private Entrepreneur At The Present Stage Of Our Country

Political participation of citizens is one of the most important conceptions of political science, to which politicians in western countries have payed much attention . Form the ancient Greek city-state politics to modern democratic politics, from the first gens direct democracy to perfect representative democracy in modern society, the thought source of politics participate of citizen flows long and obtains great theories acheievement. Many thinker such as Aristotle, Rousseau, treated politics participate of citizen deeply in their books. With the development of modern democratic politics, governments all around the world reach a consensus on supporting political participation of citizens. The level of political participation of citizens become a scale to measure the development of democratic politics of a country. With the change in government ruling principle and the advances in citizen right consciousness and participate consciousness , the public in China convey their enthusiasm for concerning politics and political participation. At the 16th convention of Communist Party of China, orderly expansion of political participation of citizens was suggested to be an important way to improve socialistic democratic institution.The produce of private entrepreneur is a natural and historical process since Reform and Opening in the last two decades. The success of private entrepreneur urges the redistribution of political values inside political system ,and realizes political participation through various channels. There is no denying the fact that the political participation of private entrepreneur is an indispensable power to impulse the development of democratic politics of China. The political participation of private entrepreneur plays an important role in the development of political culture and legal system construction, which is advantageous to the change of government ruling principle and extend the legality foundation for Communist Party of China's ruling to make the society more harmonious. At the same time , it must be realized that there are many problems in political participation of private entrepreneur. For example, the level of target and systematism of political participation is lower, the influence on government decision is insufficient, a great deal of illegal political participation have already appeared between while. As a result, the party and the government need strengthen the leadership of political participation of private entrepreneur. The thesis discourses the problems of political participation of private entrepreneur through three avenues : the first, widen the channel of political participation;the second, speed up the political reform to provide good conditions of political participation for private entrepreneur; the third, create a new kind of participatory political culture.
