Yanan, The Chinese Communist Party During The Building Of The Contingent Of Cadres

Yanan period is the period of very brilliant power held by a part of the Communist Party of China. In this period, the party accumulated the successful experience of administering the country and governing for the people, so that the party developed the basic strategy of social governance. At the same time, as one of the important aspects, the building of the contingent of cadres also became mature.In Yanan period, the party's older generation of proletarian revolutionaries attached great importance to the building of the contingent of cadres and stressed that the party's cadres' important position in the party; the cadres should establish the concept of serving the people wholeheartedly, and should be ideologically consistent with the Party Central Committee; the cadres should not only pay attention to the cultivation of the party spirit, but also enhance their self-cultivation; the party must persist in the "ability and integrity" standard in the selection of cadres.In order to build a better military, the party took a variety of measures in this period.
