A Study On The Civil's Political Personality's Construction In The Harmonious Society

Since the American scholar Almond began to definite political culture in 1950s , political culture issues have gradually become a hot political concern for the vast area . Then the monographs and theses in this area emerged one after another. At present, Chinese political scholars focus on the political culture in macroscopically aspects such as the influences on growth of politics , the role of political stability as well as the comparative study of Western political culture. Few of scholars concern micro-political content of the psychological in the field of politics and ideology. I tried to explore political characteristics which were influenced by the political behavior.Political personality is the sum of lasting and stable political psychological characteristics gradually formed, which is bases on the biological, social beings and the twofold influence of the traditional culture and the realistic environment. It is a process of internalization and externalization through which political acts project and external and the political culture. On the one side hand, the political system transmits the political culture and the political experience to the people through political socialization; On the other hand, some political people by political socialization need transmit their own political ideology, political consciousness, political sentiment to the political system through political behavior demonstrated, So the political personality is the intermediate variables of the political socialization and political behavior.Now we want to build a harmonious socialist society, first we must achieve political harmony. In order to achieve political harmony, the changing of the conception of non-institutional is extremely important and harmonious political personality of the building must be on the agenda of countries . Only the Citizens' political personality is harmonious, their political behaviors could achieve harmony, so as to preserve and maintain the stability of the political system, to promote social harmony. Thus in order to promote the conception of the citizen from freely to consciously, we must take an active part in building a harmonious society and cultivate a harmonious society with the complementary political personality. It is extremely important for political personality to promote and protect the building of a harmonious society. In this paper, I used the outcome of the psychology and the human cult urology to analyze political personality, therefore, interdisciplinary content in the text occupied a certain proportion. At the same time, in the analysis process of the political personality I used these research methods as show below: comparison of Chinese and Western, literature collection, integration between history and logic integrate.This paper is composed of four parts. The first part gives a brief of presentation about personality , political personality and the harmonious political personality ; On the second part, I elaborates the theoretical basis and necessity; On the third part ,I analyze our nation's current political personality , especially the reasons for the existence of the problem; On the fourth part, I want to find a route to build a harmonious political personality to build a harmonious society.
