A Study On Youth Religion Phenomenon In Modern Developed Areas

Since the late-1980s, the phenomenon of "Religion Craze" of Chinese youth, has always been one of the social concern focus, and becomes a topical subject studied by the academic world. The modern developed areas are of great consequence in our country, and the youth religion phenomenon in the areas causes great attention. Based on the Marxist religion view, socialistic harmonious theory and other theoretical views, taking Jinjiang city for typical example, this paper embarked on a study of the youth religion phenomenon in the modern developed areas. Firstly, through the analysis of authentic proof of the youth religion phenomenon in Jinjiang city, this paper held systematically the present situation and the feature of the youth religion phenomenon in the modern developed areas; Secondly, considering the special function of religion against a background of the primary stage of our socialism and constructing socialistic harmonious society, this paper gave a dialectical description of the influence on the youth and society caused by the youth religion phenomenon in the modern developed areas; Thirdly, started with macroscopic background of our age and microcosmic psychological factor, this paper analyzed fully the social factors and youth individual factors, which affect the youth religion in the modern developed areas; Finally, under the guidance of the Marxist religion view, through the aspects such as setting up correct religion view, improving social service mechanism and strengthening youth education, this paper put ways about how to correctly lead the youth religion phenomenon in the modern developed areas.
