We realized that the great variety beautiful wild animals and plants are a part of the earth natural system which does not be replaced, we must protect them for our generation and generations, and we realized that people and their country should be the best protectors, and we also realized that it's necessary to cooperate in international trade to protect these wild species does not overdeveloped use. And we believed firmly that it's urgent to take the adequate measures for this goal.China and Kazakhstan are the great biodiversity nations, but the species exterminate and the tendency in imminent danger developed to be very quick. and the illicit trade and the smuggling made many difficulties to national management . China and Kazakhstan are signatory states, but legal oversight in countries trading cause the controlling in species international trade very weak. Therefore, this article demands in the international law angle of view, attempts present to be in imminent danger species international trade legal on China and Kazakhstan to carry on organizes, through with other national related trade system's comparison, analyzes our weakness and the insufficiency, and proposed that some feasible opinion and the suggestion, manage for the National Related Institution are in imminent danger species international trade and other related items make the reference, but this is also this article theory significance and the practical significance is.This article research is specifically in the comparative analysis and the jurisprudence analysis. The paper attempts to promulgate the necessity and the feasibility and the complexity in the international trade cooperation or the environmental protection of the developing country. But this is also the difficulty which the present paper must break through.
