Improving The Juvenile Justicial System In China

Juvenile delinquency is a common and serious social problem in the earth since the later of 19th century, with environmental pollution, drug abusing and trafficking becoming "top three serious social problem in the world".In order to protect younage and control juvenile delinquency,many countries established Juvenile Justicial System. At present, juvenile delinquency increasing rapidly in our country. However, the juvenile justicial system which suit for our situation and culture has not been established because of quite a few wellknown factors. The main reason is the poor theory research about juvenile justicial system.Education and protection theory, parents patriae, penalty independently theory are the traditional theories which builds the juvenile justicial system.Nevertheless ,in 20th century, theories about the juvenile justicial system were being developed. Labeling theory, restorative justice theory and juvenile justice organizing theory, which are pointing out the developing direction for juvenile justicial system.In recent years, the theory and practice field in our country are eagering for establishing juvenile court and PRC Juvenile Law, which tries to resolve a series of problem about juvenile justice system .This article focus on the main contents in the field of juvenile justicial system and tries to find out methods to inprove the juvenile justicial system in China.
