The Analysis Of China's Participation In The UN Peace Keeping Operations

The UN Peace keeping Operations(The PKO) is one of the collective security regimes of the United Nations, which can maintain international and regional peace and stability . It is consistent with the spirit of the UN Charter . The PKO has played an important role in the world in the past sixty years.China is one of the five permanent seats of the Security Council of the UN ,which played a great role in maintaining peace and stability of the world . The recovery of legal seat in the UN is the basis on participating in the PKO for new China. China'participation in The PKO has been three phases by now, every phase has its characters . China participated in the PKO is not only the development of China'traditional culture of"He"but also the model of China'independent foreign policy of peace. It is consistent with not only the spirit of the UN Charter but also China'national interests. China'participation in the PKO has lead positive results. It not only maintained the legalty but also contributed to China'security interests ,and promoted China'soft power.Since the beginning of the 21st century,both the Global and China have taken profound changes. The Global Trend toward peace continued , but the hotspots issues have developments .China put forward to the peaceful development strategy , which includes build prosperous society and harmonious world . In new phase, China participate in the PKO is contribute to the Global ,and it can help China realize peaceful development .In a word, we should strengthen China'regime of the PKO, promote China'effects in the Global, in order to make more contributions to world peace and stability.
