Analysis About Developmental Status And Influential Factors Of Huangshi NGOs

Taking the Huangshi NGOs as the object of study, selecting the samples in municipal NGOs that registered on Civil administration bureau, using sociological theories, carrying out the questionnaire survey procedure and the literature survey procedure and the case interview survey procedure to collect material, unifying the quantitative investigation and the qualitative investigation, the research analyzed the developmental status and characteristics of Huangshi NGOs, studied existent major problems of development of Huangshi NGOs, analyzed inside and outside major factors which effect on these problems, put forward the related proposal and countermeasure.The full text is divided 6 parts. The first part mainly elaborated this research background, domestic and foreign research situations, research goal and significance and research technique and so on. The second part has mainly analyzed development status of Huangshi NGOs from organizations' whole situation, organizations' basic situation, organizations' personnel situation, organizations' activities situation, organizations' fund situation and organizations' social impact situation through analyzing investigation materials. The third part analyzed main developmental characteristics of Huangshi NGOs, for example, starting development late, but developing quickly and not presenting quantity detonation in the 90s, well modernized condition, imbalance on developing, narrow and unitary resource channel and universal insufficient fund, very thick administrative color, insufficiency outside exchange, expanding the social impact day by day but many roads to walk and so on.
