Women's employment is the right of women to acquire and maintain property rights and the protection of important ways, but also to achieve gender equality and the advancement of women prerequisite. Depth understanding of the protection of women's equal right to employment legal basis for the analysis of the right to the protection of women's employment status, and then promote and protect women's right to employment equality measures, the achievement of equality between men and women and promote social progress is of great significance.This paper is the first major chapter on gender employment discrimination against the theoretical foundation, on the protection of women's rights and interests of foreign legal practice, as well as foreign labor legislation on the practice of China's enlightenment, to be able to with the relevant domestic legislation and practice accordingly comparative studies, absorbing advanced foreign law experience for our use.The second chapter describes China's employment is a form of sex discrimination, the causes and hazards. China's employment gender discrimination is the main form of the performance of employment opportunities for gender discrimination and gender discrimination professional treatment, and analysis focused on the root causes of social, economic, and cultural areas, mining female employment difficulties the deep-seated reasons, as well as the negative employment effects of sex discrimination, cause the problems of poverty and social disintegration, the impact of the effective distribution of social resources, hinder the development potential of women.Chapter III is China's anti-discrimination in employment related to the status of the legal system. First, the existing legal analysis on the existing substantive law on the protection of the rights and interests of female employment and deficiencies of the existing procedural laws to protect women's employment rights and interests of the deficiencies. I then elaborated on the "employment promotion law" views on several specific issues, mainly on women's equal right to employment, public employment services and unemployment, the establishment of an early warning system that a number of issues.I described in Chapter IV of China's anti-sex discrimination employment proposals for the system of law, first of all, we must accurately define gender discrimination connotation and extension, followed by the clear gender discrimination that employment standards, at the end of several difficult issues propose solutions. Envisaged several specific legal responsibilities such as increasing legal liability, increase the intensity of punishment, the adoption of these legal means to attain its goal of curbing the purpose of employment gender discrimination.
