Ecotourism-as new estate have being Vigorously developed,which attract domestic and international visitor participate extensively, have driven the development of related estate and have created relatively rich economic benefit in the condition of need increasing for human being in regressing nature and appreciating nature and enjoying scenery besides our country have rich Ecotourism resource. At the same time, the development of Ecotourism causes serious infringement for natural environment,the degeneration of ecological environment make one fear. Since the Ecotourism legal system of our country are short , the base protection of natural environment is weak ,it is for ruleing no environmental behavior of different participate in Ecotourism , prevent nature ecological form worsing further, balance the benefit confrontation of human consumer crowd and natural ecological crowd .Thus if the law of Ecotourism is institutionalized ,it can guide Ecotourism to enter the orbit of well development , and avoid and solve efficiently environmental and social problemthe in Ecotourism development progress and realize unification of society, environment and economic benefit.This paper divides into 4 parts ,the first part analyse the intension of Ecotourism , point out the existent environmental problem in Ecotourism development of our country from starting the definition of Ecotourism.
