Studies On Guizhou Minority Population Law Culture

The population problem is the universality problem of the world at present.China is a developing country which has 1/5 population of the world with weak ecology environment and a low per capita resources,especially for some minority area which is so poor in communication and living condition that some rural still never get rid of poverty and have a strong confliction between the population development and the environment in Guizhou province.Facing the stress increasingly population problem,every state nation governments have to take the step to control the growth of the population to make the growth of the population together with development of the economy,environment and the community.China has began to take the measure to regulates and control population by the law—《Yu Xing》and《Tang Xing》3000 years before.Since then,the ruling class regulate the population production relations account by means of legislate in every dynasty.With the wake of severe quality of our country population condition since lastly century 70's,Our country starts puting into practice the birth control policy to regulate the population production.Since the locality particular politics of Guizhou province,economy and traditional culture and the Guizhou province possess a tranditional population law culture of which some section goes against the country population production law.So it is not very ideal for the country birth control law beening carried out in the Guizhou province area.As a result,it is very meaningful for us to research the Guizhou minority population law culture and resolve the minority locality population problem of Guizhou coordinating the country population performance.This paper is divided into four chapters:in the first chapter,I carry out definition on law culture and population law culture in middle righteousness culture and elaborate the population law culture structure;the second chapters are emphasized to elaborate the characteristic of the Guizhou traditional nation population law culture; as the most important part of the paper,the third part expatiates the fundamental content of the Guizhou minority population law culture;the last chapter makes a few constructive thinkings of the future development to territory of nationality population law culture.
