At present, consumer protection issues are a focus of attention of the community. Knowing about products and services is the right decision to purchasing and is a fundamental safeguard the socialist market economy under the conditions of a good market order guarantee. So many countries in the world in the provision of the protection of consumer rights, all related to the "right to know", which has become the consumer movement by the common goal, and become the litmus test for a country and region's economic development and improve the legal system an important degree standards.The legal protection of our country about the consumer's right to know, "Consumer Protection Law", "Product Quality Law" and other relevant laws and regulations to make provisions. It should be said that, to a certain extent, the strengthening of China's right to know the legal protection of consumers, but we must also see clearly that the protection of consumer's right to know, in which there are many shortcomings, there is still much work to do, we need to make further analysis and researches.At the beginning, this paper defines the concept of the consumer's right to know, and analyses of its concept, characteristics, nature, history and the state of legislation, this can be a fundamental integrity, a clear grasp of the consumer's right to know.In view of the problems of current legal protection of the consumer's right to know, learning from foreign advanced legislation and judicial practice experience with China's actual conditions, in this paper, the corresponding perfect measures, and analysis of the current new era of e-commerce under the protection of the consumer's right to know, I hope that this can benefits our countries' system of development and perfection about the consumer's right to know.
