Social Exclusion Of The Object And The Intervention Of Social Worker

Community Correction is a comprehensive project which can be completed through the cooperation of penalties, social work and the communities. Community Correction is a process of social work as well as penalties. The object of Community Correction is faced up with multiple pressures coming from social acceptance, family acceptance, employment exclusion and education. If these problems can not be solved, the correction target will not be smoothly integrated into society and return to it, even they are also likely to commit crimes again so as to affect social harmony and stability.To help the object to completely integrate into society can not simply rely on the judicial officers, but also needs the intervention of the philosophy and methods of social work which can help the correction reduce social exclusion and restore their social functions so as to make them return to society smoothly.Based on questionnaires and interviews, together with analysis of cases and description of social exclusion encountered by the object, this paper analyzes reasons and harms of the object facing social exclusion, explains the significance of the philosophy and methods of social work involved in intervention of community correction and reduction of social exclusion, introduces the levels and methods of intervention of social work, and proposes appropriate countermeasures– to establish the social work mode of community correction.Apart from the introduction part, the text is divided into three chapters:Through interviews and case analyses, the first chapter describes the status quo of social exclusion encountered by the object.The second chapter analyzes the cause and harm of social exclusion through case analysis and theoretical study.The third chapter explains the approach to reduce social exclusion and to promote their integration into society.The fourth chapter shows the conclusion of issues, explores the shortcomings and issues to be solved in the research.
