Re-socialization refers to a re-educated process,which is different from original socialization,for some people appeared serious deviation on their code of conduct and values in the process of thereby advance the development of our community correction cause.At present,there are some difficulties on the re-socialization of the community correction offenders.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects:(1)The social exclusion community correction offenders suffered: on the one hand,society exclude the community correction offenders.It includes the labor market of exclusion,the social security exclusion and the social network exclusion,and so on.On the other hand,community correction offenders' self-exclusion,including the exclusion to their criminal identity exclusion,the from the goal of community correction.It easily caused much problems such as the social injustice and hardly to achieve the rule of law society.(2)The fracture of the community correction offenders' support network,etc.Secondly,the community correction workers professional support network fracture,Including the insufficient supports of the community correction social workers and coverage to eliminate social discrimination.(2)Adhere to the "people can be reformed",reconstructing the social support networks to eliminate the social exclusion.Firstly,we should reconstruct the individual level emotional support network,their self-support network,families and friends support network and the neighborhood network,etc.Secondly,we should rebuild the community correction workers professional support network,including finding and improving the community correction offenders' abilities to resist the social exclusion,cultivating a group of professional social workers and expanding the scope of the volunteers.Thirdly,reconstructing the community level of environment support network.We should eliminate social discrimination and promote a tolerance of social culture,build community crime control system by the community construction,and build social cultural support for creating a favorable environment,etc.(3)Adhere to “the theory of social transformation",cultivating and increasing the community correction offenders' social capital.Firstly,constructing the social trust,including establishing a benign social order to gain social trust capital and strengthening communicative behavior to promote the process of trust reconstruction.Secondly,building the employment promotion mechanism,including setting a special employment department be responsible for recommend employment posts in the administration of judicial offices or community correction,combining judicial offices with all sectors of society to create employment platform and strongly supporting the community correction offenders to start their own business.Thirdly,perfecting the community correction system with the thought of “the theory of social transformation”.At first,building a unified a community correction law and enhance the community participation.Then,setting up independent institutions of community correction and build the community correction system
