With China's continual deep reformation on the economy and system in the new era,it's imperative to remodel the system of the state owned enterprises.For the survival and development of the enterprises that have remodeled their system,the most important thing is to solve the problem of human resource.The HR structure and management is not applicable after the remodification in these enterprises.Its weakness is becoming increasingly obvious.So it's imperative to introduce a set of new system on HR management and staff invigoration.Based on the background of X research institute,the incentive mechanism for human resources management is systematically studied. First of all,the writing background,purpose and thesis' significance are formulated and some related theories on human resources incentive mechanism are listed.And then the status quo of incentive mechanism for restructured institutions is analyzed.Take the reform measures of state-owned institutions as an example,the main problems exist in the process of restructuring the institutions and special incentives such as government departments and institutions were analyzed.Thirdly,the design process and implementation steps for institutions incentive mechanism are proposed. Finally,by taking X research institute as a research case,we deeply analyze its existing problems,and propose some specific measures to change the current situation.
