The Research On The Functions Of Trade Union In The Recycle Economy

As the development of society, the organization of trade union has become one of the important forms of intermediary organizations, which bears the features of being nongovernmental and gain sharing. The trade union, a bridge between government and microeconomic units, can male proper claims on behalf of microeconomic units and put macroeconomic control policies on effect on behalf of the administrative supervisors. These advantages make trade union a powerful impetus to the construction of recycling economic system and recycling society.The appearance of recycling economy is an inexorable trend in social development and the whole society is supposed to get involved in the construction of recycling economy and social system. As is mentioned in "Rio Declaration on Environment and Development", the environmental problems are supposed to be dealt with under the participation of all citizens and supervision of government. And, as a intermediary organization, the trade union bears the features of sustainable development, because it strives for recycling economy by adjusting the relationship between enterprises, balancing the structure of a profession and abating the losses caused by excessive competition. After the advancing of the recycling economic theory, the trade union developed further in promoting recycling economy. But the development of trade union is still raw in china, which has many problems in itself, such as obscure function, poor management and low efficiency. So, the supervision of has become necessary in order to make the most of it in the construction of recycling economy. This paper determines to elaborate the following three aspects through the illustrating if some basic theories, such as recycling economy, recycling economic law and trade union, and analyzing of the legislating practice home and abroad. The first aspect is about the necessity and importance if trade union's joining in recycling economic construction. The second is the analyzing of trade union's functions and roles in recycling economic operation. The third is about the qualifications, detailed methods and supervision of trade union's joining into recycling economic construction and operation.
