In order to strengthen and promote juvenile moral education, many efforts has been done, including the theoretical exploration and practical works made by scholars and educators, documents promulgated by administrations, and governmental leaders' advocations. But, the effect is not ideal.Most of present moral educations only focus on inculcation, but lack of moral activities. The essence of morality embodies in Max's definition—morality is human's practice—spirit handles on the world, which determines the significance of activity. Activity is the motive force and condition for the formation of morality. Moreover, shaping people's moral personality is the final\eternal goal of moral education. Except for the approach of improving moral identity, doing plentiful moral exercises is inevitable. In this sense, activity has an important meaning to morality and moral education.From the perspective of juvenile's characteristic, introducing activity into moral education is also feasible. With strong curiosity, juvenile may interest in intuitional object. To them, doing exercises is real and active, which become an important part of their juveniles' life. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize moral activity in moral education.The activity in this paper refers to the social practices and intentional exercises in moral education which aim to perfect human's spirit, such as reconciling relations between people, influencing people's moral emotion and moral perseverance, etc. This paper also discuss the suitable approaches when introduce activity into moral education. Based on the educational value of cultivating moral personality, the methods mainly consist of three aspects. First, setting up special activity model to guide juvenile to join useful social practices. Second, carrying out diversified Little Citizen Morality construction activities. Third, building rational evaluation system to improve the effects of moral education.
