On The Expandedness Of Ideological And Political Education In The Public Sphere

As an objective reality, public sphere has great significance on the development of democratic politics,the perfect of market economy and the construction of harmonious socialist society. On the other hand, public sphere is a double-edged sword. In order to meet the needs of harmonious socialist society, it must be well constructed. To expand ideological and political education in public sphere is an important section to the development of public sphere, and is also an important condition to ideological and political education itself consistents with social preference. Based on these opinions,this paper advocates "the expandedness of ideological and political education in the Public sphere".The paper includes these main viewpoints:The first chapter. The essence of expanding ideological and political education in public sphere, is to realize its function in public sphere through the guidance and supply of maisntrean ideology,which consists of strengthening the political validity, directing and stimulating the public, and promoting the personnel's all- round development. In this way, public sphere, as well as ideological and political education, can benefit mutually.The second chapter. Depend on the analyzing -frame of "unit-society",we can see the inevitability and necessity of "the expandedness of ideological and political education in the Public sphere". When the frame of "state-unit-people"(throungh the system of units, the state almostly merged the society)became the frame of "state-society-citizen",the public sphere is developing and becoming the weak area of ideological and political education.The third chapter. Moreover, it is essential to build a new educational model to promot the expandedness of ideological and political education in public sphere. Different from traditional model, this paper advocates dialogue education model, which based on analysis of dimensions including the main body and standard, the unbalance and balance , the softens and hardening. Relying on this pattern, the function of ideological and political education in public sphere become more effective, which effectively direct the public opinion, thereby enhance the positive role of public sphere.The fourth chapter. Based on the dialogue education model ,we can try to broaden the expanding ways into public sphere, such as cooperating with NGOs, the improving content industry and civic education, upholding educational issue of public policies, and strengthening the construction of nomocracy, etc.
