Study On Building Socialist Harmonious Political Relations

The nature of the building harmonious society lies in that of the harmonious political relations which is not only the core of harmonious society, but also the lead to the building of socialist harmonious society. In particular, in the time of transition in China, building the harmonious political relations has its reality and urgency and it is a positive reaction to disharmonious elements in the current political relations. Seeing from the present research in this field, there is no clear definition of the harmonious political relations in theory.This dissertation is divided into three parts. In the first part, the harmonious socialist political relations in the new era of China is clearly defined based on the origin of the harmonious political relations both from western and eastern culture and the analysis on the Marxist harmonious political relations. Meanwhile, the fundamental characteristics of its inclusiveness, stability, relativity and historic significance are presented in this part. The author points out that the present situation of China's harmonious political relations is basically right in the second part. However, there exist some disharmonious factors. As for the reasons, such factors as the unbalanced economic interests, the imperfect democracy and the influential feudalism and prominent injustice existing in the transitional period of time result in the disharmonious factors in economy, politics, culture and society respectively in China's political relations. The third part reveals the ways to building socialist harmonious political relations in accordance with the reasons. It is put forward that we may regulate relations of economic interests by way of increasing the overall amount of social economy, coordinating various interests and perfecting distribution of interests so as to resolve the contradictions in economy. Socialist democracy can be realized by strengthening democracy in the Party, extending democracy in the people and promoting democracy at the basic level. In the aspect of culture, we may critically inherit the favorable elements both from western and eastern culture and forge the political value system, taking the socialist core value system as its focus. With regard to society, social justice mechanism can be set up by transforming government functions, improving distribution mechanism and perfecting relief system, and further build socialist harmonious society.
