Reciprocity, Authority, And Morality In The Power Operation Of Village In Economically Developed Region

The rebuilding of old village is an important embodiment of village governance. The smooth operation of village governance depends on the successful rebuilding of old village in a large extent. In a sense, the rebuilding of old village and new rural construction has a direct impact on the operation of the normal village governance. At the same time, rebuilding of old village is one of the important contents concerned in the management of village. It has been proved that, the rebuilding of old village is the focus issue which the villagers concerned about, and easily leads to dissatisfaction, induced conflicts and confrontation among the villagers, it is an important reason on village governance which runs out of order. At present, the implementation of self-government in China's rural areas, and villages how to operate the power has been an important variable affecting the public village governance. This dissertation takes the rebuilding of QiYi village of YiWu city for example, and then investigates the interaction among the main villagers through the research on operation of public power in the main issues. Also this dissertation selects mutual trust mechanism, integration of the village collective resources, channels for villagers to participate in and so on, then analyses and describes the process of wrestling with each other among villagers from the norms of reciprocity, authoritarianism, public participation and the role of remodeling in the public event about rebuilding of the QiYi village. In this process, the operation of village power shows the moral significance.
