Research On Construction Of Electronic People's Congress Based On Internet

With the rapid development of Internet, information technology's political effect on modern society is appearing, furthermore, deeply influences the development of democratic politics construction. Regional People's Congress(PC), as a regional authority department, under the condition influence by internet of political environment change, the need of democratic politics development and the requirement of people's desire of political participation, taking the full advantage of internet, building up electronic People's Congress, is already becoming am important topic on the construction of China's democratic politics. This article's main purpose is through analysis of the democratic politics environment under the condition of internet, combining the results and momentum of electronic PC, based on the regional PC's function, propose comparatively complete electronic PC construction needs, and draw the outline of the framework of portal about it. Finally, put forward some considerations about electronic PC, and hopefully, can be used as reference for all levels of PC in China.Electronic PC refers to using latest information and technology in the function of PC, especially, taking advantage of potentiality of internet, making use of all functions of PC, promoting its utility as authority, representative and working department. This article analyzes regional PC's character, position and function, then, proposes the need of building up electronic PC.
