Disscussion And Research Of Future's Governmental Website Model Under The Frame Of Electronic Governance Theory

With sustained development forwards in our society, there is a general trend that government should transform from control to governance and up to realize the good-governance situation at last. In the good-governance society, the different main bodies in its internality require a better platform so as to deliver their voices, express their opinions, put forward their advices, safeguard their interests, and realize their values. While this is just the weakness in normal electronic governmental websites because they were all built and run by the only main body - government sectors. Based on the electronic governance theory, it will be a development orientation of future's electronic government for governments, corporations, NGOs, civics etc. social main bodies to fully inter-communicate and realize values in electronic government network platform. Also, the electronic governmental website should be constructed base on the electronic governance theory to be improved in further step. So, this paper concluded and constructed a frame of electronic governance theory through analysis and research on existing electronic government theory and governance theory, and combined with part electronic governance data. Then based on analyzing current evaluation index system of electronic governmental website, constructed an analysis index system of governmental website under the frame of electronic governance theory.
