Value Dimension Of Humanistic Care Of Scientific Development Concept

With the rapid development of China's socialist reform, people's material living conditions have been increasingly improved and the social welfare system has been constantly perfected with more efficient socialized management, which have freed people from the anxiety of natural survival. Despite abundant material supplies, the attention paid to the humanistic aspects such as people's thoughts, spirit and culture seems insufficient. With the rapid development of productive forces, incomplete spirit world and lack of ideal pursuit make people more and more confused about the meaning of life. It seems that the development of society and mankind is just for the improvement of material living conditions. However, the pure accumulation of material wealth can only bring temporary happiness and enjoyment to people; people's rational understanding of the value of social and individual development is now covered by their desire of material monopolization. Meanwhile, with the acceleration of globalization, foreign living style and ideology have been brought to China, leading to the significant changes of domestic social structure, interest pattern and living styles. All of these have also brought about great impact on people's value orientations. Under the impact between historical and contemporary conflicts and between eastern civilization and western culture, people now have more choices, varieties and differences for their mental activities, so people's value orientations are highly diversified. How to correctly guide people's value orientations to set up correct value goals in order to make more contributions to China's socialist modernization construction has become a key issue during this new era, which is also the objective and the meaning of this research.The research on scientific development concept and humanity's problems has always been the focus of scholars. Both foreign and domestic experts have made considerable achievements through study from various perspectives and levels. For example, the new development concept of Fransois Perroux, a French scholar, attaches more attention and emphasis on humans; Amartya Sen, an Indian scholar, regards development as the expansion of human's actual freedom. These views are the important resources for the important people-oriented philosophy. The scientific development concept takes people as the starting point and destination of the development; meanwhile, the development is full-scale, harmonious and sustainable with comprehensive consideration of the relationships between humans and nature, humans and society, human and human.Based on the study of theoretical essence of scientific development concept, this dissertation has made detailed descriptions on scientific development concept, its humanistic care philosophy, value dimensions of humanistic care, and the practical meaning of the research on value dimensions of humanistic care of scientific development concept. Through organizing the previous research achievements and investigating the realities of social life, this dissertation combines the theory and the facts, logistic analysis and factual examples, literature research and comparative analysis.The innovative aspect of this dissertation is that by breaking through the general understanding of scientific development, it considers humanity issues among social development at the height of social historical values. Due to my limited scientific research ability and academic proficiency, this research on human-oriented humanistic care philosophy of scientific development concept may not be profound and thorough enough. Some defects in the dissertation will still need further modification and improvement.
