A Study On The Causes Of Corruption At This Stage And Its Corresponding Sollutions

Abstract: As one of the most common issues around the world, corruption, just like'a malignant tumor', has a negative effect on the society, which may lead to the unstablity of the society, and even worse, it may bring about the intensification of the social contradiction, the social unrest ,or even the change of he social system. Almost all countries, whether they are developed countries , or developing countries, or some backward countries, are beset with corruption issues. Thus how to combat and suppress corruption in these countries has become a universal research project. Nowadays, our country has just entered upon a new historical stage, during which our society and economy has been developing rapidly, the socialist market economic system has been completing gradually, various kinds of ideologies such as politics, economy, civilization and society contradict each other, and ,instead of the traditional distribution system, a traditional distribution system is arising. During this specific period, many serious social problems caused by corruption have had a strong impact on the development of our social productive forces and the improvement of our overall national strength, including economy, politics and civilization. Corruption may not only destroy the system of most optimum distribution of resources, result in waste and hold back economic development, but may also impact on our legal system and the moral operatioanal mechanism, as well as our governmental image and the social fairness and justice. Thus, in the end, it will cause degeneration of the general mood of society and even make the society develop abnormally. So, in order to combat and suppress corruption, we should pay more attention to this phenomenon, especially its causes, and try to find apt and specific ways to solve these problems. Party committees at all levels should regard the construction of Party Conduct and Incorrupt Government and the combat against corrution as one of the most important politcal mission our Party to enhance its abilities of administration and consolidate its status as the ruling party.Starting with the definition, consequences, features of corruption, and some necessary and essential elements based on which this phenomenon of corruption has taken place, this paper mainly focuses on the the study of four keys to corruption from the perspectives of Economics, Sociology, Policy Science and Public Management Theory. Namely, corruption is based on the power one has, driven by profits , caused by the system deficiency, and it also depends on your value orientation one may have. Then based on these studies, this paper talks about how to complete the precautious system against corruption from the aspects of system, institution supervision and specific measures respectively.
