On Right To Education Of College Students And Its Law Guarantee System

Nowadays, the guarantying of the right to education has become a prevalent issue in the world with the development of society. The right to education of college students is an important part of the right to education of citizen. The right to education of college students relates to the realization of'personnel strategy'which is a crucial policy of national rejuvenation. The legal guarantying of the right to education of college students has great significance, this paper fully learns from the research which had been done by domestic and foreign experts.
