Investigation And Countermeasures Research On The Status Quo Of College Students’ Legal Education In Hubei Province

Under the leadership of the communist Party of China,our society has undergone unprecedented changes and made great progress.The process of promoting democracy and the rule of law in China has not been easy.China has experienced a continuous exploration from "the rule of the system" to "the rule of law" and entered a new stage of development,embarking on the lofty journey of building a socialist country under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th central Committee of the communist Party of China established the basic strategy of "comprehensively governing the country by law",which gradually matured and improved China’s rule of law construction.Under the background of the era,The improvement of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law is an important part of our country’s legal construction,and legal education has become a significant way to improve the quality of legal system for all people.As one of the most representative group,college students as the main force of future development,its quality directly relates to the overall process of governing the country according to law under the rule of law,therefore,to strengthen college students’ rule of law education,cultivate college students’ rule of law belief,cultivating the Franco-German and fix the high-quality talent is a top priority.It is of great significance to carry out legal education for college students to improve their legal literacy level,enhance the concept of the rule of law,maintain campus harmony and stability,and promote the construction of the rule of law in China.This paper maintain campus harmony and stability,and promote the construction of the rule of law in China.This paper mainly carries out the investigation and countermeasure research on the status quo of college students’ rule of law education in Hubei Province from four parts:The first part is the introduction,summarizing the research background,research significance,literature review at home and abroad,relevant concepts,research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part elaborates the theoretical basis and practical significance of college students’ rule of law education,which lays the theoretical foundation for the full text.This paper mainly excavates the main significance of legal education for college students from two aspects: theory and practice.The third part is the investigation and analysis of status quo of college students’ rule of law education in Hubei Province.It mainly includes questionnaire design,questionnaire distribution,questionnaire collection and collation,questionnaire data analysis.Summarize the legal education of college students in Hubei Province has achieved results and the main problems.In view of the legal education of college students in Hubei Province facing the problems,the causes of related problems are analyzed.It is mainly carried out from four aspects: theoretical research,content,practice mode and talent team construction of college students’ legal education.The fourth part,according to the causes,finds out the relevant countermeasures to improve the education level of college students in Hubei Province.It mainly elaborates from four aspects: improving the theoretical research level of college students’ rule of law education,enriching the content of college students’ rule of law education,developing the practical ways and methods of college students’ rule of law education and strengthening the construction of college students’ legal education talent team.
