| Because of the serious pollution of Bohai Sea, the article analyzes the pollution risk of Bohai Sea caused by vessels, and bring forward law measures to prevent pollution of Bohai Sea sea area from vessels.The objective of this article is analyzing Chinese law system for the prevention of pollution from vessels, and the special request in relation to Bohai Sea. And bring forward law measures to prevent pollution of Bohai Sea from vessels. The mostly content of the article include:1. Polluted condition of Bohai Sea, and what china have done for the prevention of marine pollution in Bohai Sea, as well as effect obtained and problem should be solved.2. The main problem in Chinese law system for the prevention of pollution from vessels.3. Law measures to prevent pollution of Bohai Sea from vessels.Firstly, the article analyzes polluted condition of Bohai Sea, and also analyzes the important effect to Chinese society and economy because of the serious pollution of Bohai Sea. Then, discusses the reasons that our laws and regulations to prevent pollution from vessels doesn't not adapt the request of environmental protection of Bohai Sea from the legal stratification. And proposes two kinds of legal method may adopt to prevent pollution of Bohai Sea from vessels, one is to designate Bohai Sea as a particularly sensitive sea areas(PSSAs) by International Maritime Organization (IMO), another one is to look Bohai Sea as the special protectorate sea area, and take special legal protection measure through the domestic legislation formulation.The thesis also carried on the detailed elaboration to two legal methods. Firstly, elaborates the international law status of particularly sensitive sea areas, and the necessity and feasibility to designate Bohai Sea as a particularly sensitive sea areas(PSSAs). Secondly, summarizes the applicable scope and the legislation level of domestic legislation, the main question should be solved by domestic legislation and so on.
