Study On China QDII Legal System

QDII (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors) system is not just the only system arrangement which involves foreign investment with limited degree, but also a transitional system arrangement which is relevant to China's capital account liberalization on condition that the capital account has not been completely opened.There is a controversy on the effectiveness of implementation of QDII system at China's present stage, but some financial products of QDII system having been launched in China have shown a positive reaction.At present, with the backdrop of high foreign exchange reserves, severe capital flight and the global economic downturn, active study and implementation of QDII system have very important significance.Currently, China's research on the QDII system has mainly been focusing on the economic scope, but not very much on the legal scope. The characteristics of this paper is to systematically analyze QDII system, as well as analyze related legal issues in the use of law research methods , thus to do some beneficial exploration in the legal scope.This paper consists of five chapters:Chapter 1 Overview of QDII system;Chapter 2 Development of overseas QDII system and the revelation for China;Chapter 3 Analysis on the legal issues of QDII system operation pattern;Chapter 4 Improvement of securities regulation legal system of china;Chapter 5 Improvement of the foreign exchange management legal system of China.
