After nearly three decades of development, china's real estate has become the foundamental and pillar industry of the national economy. With the rapid development of the real estate industry and the increasing market competitition, in order to gain more profits, real estate enterprises use a variety of ways to compete with each other. China's economy at the first Magna Carta, "the anti-monopoly law," introduced the occasion, I attempted to "anti-monopoly law," the field of vision to the classic theory of industrial organization the main line of the SCP paradigm, from the Chinese real estate market, industry structure of real estate enterprises by means of commonly used analysis of competition, will be one of unfair competition to their monopoly into the "anti-monopoly law," the regulatory system to regulate the competitive practices of real estate companies, real estate market to maintain fair and effective competition in order and safeguard the interests of consumers.The full text is divided into seven parts, the following are the main contents of each chapter an overview of:Introduction Part : the status quo through the introduction of China's real estate industry, leads to questions.Chapter I: Analysis of the structure of China's real estate market. Acts of unfair competition which are attached to the real estate industry and the existence of market structure, and anti-monopoly law-competitive behavior of the real estate business regulation, is not easy from the current status of the real estate industry, but the real estate industry is determined by market structure. Anti-monopoly laws on unfair competition in real estate business for the purpose of the regulation system, are in order to act through the regulation so as to enhance the market structure finally, only by this, the real estate market can achieve a legal, and orderly competitive order.
