With the increasing development of high technology, the turnover speed of information and goods have significantly increased, and the requirements of guarantee of military transportation under war have increased. The traditional method of the artificial command and dispatch no longer meets the need of the development of modernized war. The establishment of the modern military transportation system has become a historical trend of the world, and might meet the demand of intelligent military transportation command guarantee system.Information technology togethered with communication technology, automatic identification technology,computer technology and so on has been widely used in intelligent military transportation, they could mater the position, the characters and the status of the vehicle precisely, can relize the visualization of military transportation in the whole course. At the same time, with the real-time monitoring of military transportation, the system can continuously modify the transport schedule in conderation of the changing of the situation, so that to avoiding the blindness of transportation.At the present, the military transportation command syatem mainly uses the GPS/GSM combination mode the achive the positioning and commucation function, howerer, GPS itself does have the function of digital communication, and the application of GSM mode contains a lot of communication gray zones, at the same time, the global positioning system is controlled by American, we might not gain the singnal of this positioning system at the crisis time of warfare. With all those reasons, this thesis proposes the overall design of military transportation command system based on bei-dou positioning system. And at the end, the thesis takes the actual characters of military transportation command system into consideration, and proposes the military transportation path planning algorithm with multi-constraints. This algorithm takes every possibility in palnning into consideration so that can have a better solution of the practical problems in military transportation.The thesis comprises of 6 chapters and their contents are as follows:Chapter One:Introduction. First, explain what and why to be investigated in the thesis. Point out the thesis's value both from the perspective of theory and practice, and then summarize the key technologies of the Bei-Dou positioning system by introducing the history and status. After that, the main content and structure of the thesis is given.Chapter Two:The comparison and analysis of the Bei-Dou positioning system and the global positioning system. The thesis gives the generally introduction of the two system in the aspects of system construction, the working principle , the system funcation and the application status. Then comparative analysises in different aspect of the two system is proposed, and the advantages and disadvantages of them is specific.Chapter Three:The overall design of military transportation command system based on bei-dou positioning system. The thesis proposes the design principle of military transportation command system and emphatically introduces the working principle and the construction of the system, then proposes the detailed design of every subsystem of this military transportation command system.Chapter Four:Military transportation path planning algorithm with multi-constraints. Most path planning algorithms at home and abroad are designed without any constraints. With the consideration of the characters of military transportation command system, this thesis proposes the military transportation path planning algorithm with multi-constraints. This algorithm takes every possibility in palnning into consideration, so that can not only be taken as a supplement of traditional path planning method,but also have a better solution of the practical problems in military transportation.Chapter Five:Conclusions and the future work. The thesis is summed up and the research process and the main contents of the thesis are looked back. At the same time, point out the innovation and the existing problems, as well as the problems that need to further study in the future.
