Modernization is a historical process of world-wide .It is also the common goal of all mankind. China's modernization process is following the western developed countries with the primary stage of socialism at the special background of circumstances. It is a historical necessity with Chinese characteristics. The process of modernization with Chinese characteristics experienced the budding period ,the slow development period and the rapid development period, It is currently in the accelerating phase. The goal of China's modernization is from industry, agriculture, national defense and science and technology "four modernizations" at the beginning of the founding of the PRC gradually to a comprehensive modernization of socialism. The modernization of the economy is the main foundation of the comprehensive modernization of socialist and It directly determines the implementation of other aspects of modernization. With the integration of the world economy and the gradual formation of the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China is becoming more deeply interdependent on the world economy .
