The Improvement On The Regulating Legal System Of Our Tourist Market

Tourism has become a real industry in China,as well as other countries of the world.In China,the government plays an important role in tourism,which elevates the tourism development.Regulation is the most important method to manage the market direction,which works from the forward to afterward of the tourism.This paper studies the present condition of China's tourist market and its regulating legal system,know that there are many problems in our regulating legal system,which can't meet the needs of the tourist market's development.On the basis of research foreign law,I give my own viewpoint to improve the regulating legal system of China's tourist market:The first focus is to establish the objective and the principle of our tourist market regulation legal system;The second one is to define the mode of regulation,including two aspects:who should be the subjects of regulation and how to assign their rights;The third one is to improve the legislation,The Tourism Law should be enacted as the lead of tourism regulation.Other relative statutes also should be paid much attention to;The last one is to strengthen the protection of the tourists' rights and interests.
