Constitutional construction not only includes the construction of system,also includes constitutional ideology and culture.Not depending on these ideologies and culture,we can not analyse and interpret the stability and legitimacy of constitutional. It is called the ideology constitutional transcendental dimension because of the value of the purely metaphysical concept that need not proving and unable to be proved.In the West,the transcendental dimension concentrates as the Christian faith.So the paper analysed the changes of the western transcendental concept,and tried to abstract two general characteristics of the transcendental concept as the constitutional cornerstone.Then in accordance with the division of legislative,judicial, administrative,the paper analysed the concept of the transcendental is how to play a specific role in the constitutional order.At last,the paper summarized and summed up the answers and questions of Chinese modern jurists' to this problems.
