The promulgation and implementation of the Act, fills our country's"anti-monopoly law"as the economic gap in the constitution, for the prevention and suppression of monopolistic behavior, the protection of competition in the market, improving the efficiency of economic operations, and safeguarding the interests of consumers and social interests, to promote the health of the socialist market economy,has great significance. However, circulation in our country how to conduct anti-monopoly, it is for us a fresh start, the flow of industrial competitiveness of China's policy relative to the developed countries abroad, many aspects are not perfect, as the main components of the circulation's competition policy——"anti-monopoly law"just introduced. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the existing monopoly in the circulation,use of "anti-monopoly law" to regulate the conduct of the monopoly enterprise,and the "anti-monopoly law" in the regulatory system may exist some lacks,and I will suggest how to use the"anti-monopoly law". Only the"anti-monopoly law"applied well to the circulation, the monopolistic behavior can be managed, in order to protect the health of Chinese distribution industry rapid development, further more promote rapid and healthy development of the entire national economy, in order to protect China economic development escort.
