Study On Legal Problems Of The Round-trip Investment In China

In recent years,the phenomenon of round-trip investment has been focused on and put an important impact on China's policies of attracting foreign investment.As a form of round-trip investment,the domestic capital became foreign investment through the disguise of off-shore company has been more common.However,the research on the round-trip investment in China is quite far from the reality.First by introducing a case,the author describes the situation of round-trip investment in China through related factors.Then the author focuses on the two forms of round-trip investment:special purpose entity and the off-shore company.Subsequently,the article continues to analyze the reasons and influences of these two forms.Finally,the author Compares the China's regulation on the round-trip investment with international economic organizations' and main countries' regulation.Based on the theory analysis,combined with China's instances,the author puts forward his own proposal on the regulation on round-trip investment.
