Sex discrimination in employment widely exists all over the world not excepting China,which gets worse with the rapid development of market economy.It not only violates the right to work for women workers,but also undermines the fairness and justice of society,and is not conducive to the establishment of harmonious social relations in China."Men and Women enjoy equal opportunities in employment" is clearly stated in China's "Labor Law" and "Women Rights Guarantees Law",which provides legal grounds for protecting the legal rights and interests of women workers.But it can't eliminate the sex discrimination in real life radically because of the deficiencies in the laws.To find the effective way of eliminating the sex discrimination in employment through the discuss of the problem is the point of the paper.This paper is divided into four parts,through using the methods such as comparative study,and empirical analysis,by the combination of international conventions and legal regulations and rules in Hong Kong,Europe and America,the deficiencies of legislation about China's sex discrimination in employment is elaborated,and the legislative and judicial suggestions of perfecting China's legal relief of sex discrimination in employment is made in the last part.
