A Study On The Integration Of Electronic Government Information Based On Portal

With the deeper construction of E-government, both the quantity and quality of electronic government information are enhanced. However, because of the weakness in information resources management and integration, many problems emerge and even deteriorate as time goes by, which has directly influenced the development and utilization of electronic government information resources.At the beginning of this paper, the overview of construction of our country's electronic government information resources was introduced briefly. Then the relationship was analyzed between the Portal and the integration of E-government information resources, associated with three cases of Portals from three leading E-government countries such as Singapore, U.S.A. and U.K. After that, based on the platform of portal, this paper proposed some basic thought for the integration of electronic government information resources and deeply discussed the realization ways on it. At the end of this paper a tentative research was carried out about the performance evaluation of the integration.
