Study Of E-government Information Resources Integration In Our Government Portal

With the further development of e-government, the integration of information resources has a conflict with the request of improving the service-oriented government, e-government information resources must be integrated to achieve service-oriented government transformation and improve the efficiency of utilization of information resources. In the information age, the government has gradually realized the online work, provide its customers with information dissemination, information navigation and information retrieval and other basic services, also provide with working and interactiving online which are portal indispensable function through the government portal. E-government portal is the important platform of communication between the Government and the public, and an important channel for users to get information and services. The efficient integration of government information resources through the government portal, is an effective way to improve government efficiency and necessary requirements for information society and the establishment of the service-oriented government.In this paper, I analysis and research the construction of our government portals as well as perfect government portals of integration of government information resources. Divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction, introduces the research background and significance of information resources and the actuality of integration of government information resources at home and abroad., the main research content and methods in this paper.The second part describes the contents of e-government and e-government integration of information resources, introduces principles, meanings and contents of the integration of e-government information resources. Describe the construction of our government portals, describes the foundation functions, main functions and integration function on the view of users.The third part is mainly based on the central government and local government portals, government portals in China are analyzed the current situation and integration of information resources constraints.The fourth part, point out we must do the basic work and specific tasks to integrate the information resources based on portal. According to the problems existed in the integration of government information resources, concept of the formation, standards, system setup, optimization of the management system, "site group" model to explore and other aspects of work are needed to achieve the efficient integration of government information resources.The fifth part make the research and analysis of the situation and the degree of integration in developed countries portal portal-building and domestic excellent portal basing on the integration of government information resources, and make a comprehensive analysis on the government portal site of Henan Province, give some suggestions the on construction of the Henan Provincial Government Portal based on approach and results of information integration of excellent government portal domestic and abroad portal.The sixth part is the conclusions, introduces the major work done on this article, give summary of research results and point out the shortcomings and future research directions.
