Human Nature And Restriction Of Power

Content:Starting from human nature,this paper analysises the constant relationship between humanity and power,and cognitiving the power operating, also providing some recommendations,hoping that we can find some good methods to restrain power.When Chinese and foreign political scientists study the generation of state and the establishing of the political system,there are runing through the human nature's analysis and pre-designed.In the Ancient Greece Aristotle's conception,it contained a double understanding of human nature-political and rational;Hume thought that there is a selfish and limited generosity in humanity;Marxist examine humanity from the perspective of historical materialism;Ancient Chinese scholars dominate the study of human nature for thousands of years with the"On the goodness belief"since ancient times in china. As to human nature,it has the good side,also the composition of dioxin.Good and evil exsit in humanity at the same time.In humanity,good make the law and system possible,and evil make the law and system indispensable.Only integrating the good and evil into human nature in common,can the system be designed in line with humanity,and can we reduce the risk of the abuse of power.Political scientist put forward their own theory of the separation of powers,based on the mode of the relationship between the humanity and power in a different perspective,wish to Make use of the check as a means of,enable the power operating in the scope of democracy.In this paper,I also make a talk about how to restrain power through constitutional,public opinion and civil society.
