The power of government limited and the preservation of individual rights havealways been a basic question in the political area. The constitution of the United Statesis the first written constitution in the world. Because of the Constitution, limits thepower of thought successfully transform into practice. It has always been an important political theory in European. It was introducedto the American continent in the seventeenth century. Thirdly,the framers of the constitution judge that the human nature is evil which can beregarded as the most important factor. Under the consideration above, it eventually sets up a checks and balances of the governmental system.
