The Study About Life Safety Guarantee Mechanism Of Migrant Workers

China's migrant workers are vulnerable groups of society; they have caused wide public concern. The amount of Migrant workers on the literature is the considerable, but "migrant workers" are not the same exact name. Not only that, the research into the issue of migrant workers covers a wide field. But there are few focuses on the lives and the security of the migrant workers. In recent years, the incident of the threat against the lives of migrant workers continues to expose, so the safety of migrant workers gradually began to underline.On the basis of defining the identity of migrant workers groups, discussing right to life as a basic human right, and clarifying the concept of life safety, this thesis inspects missing, restrictions of personal freedom, violent attacks, work-related injuries and other issues that threat against the life safety of migrant workers in China, and analyses causes for these problems. This thesis holds that the right to life is the most basic human rights enjoyed by the natural life; life safety implies that civil right to life are given to legal recognition and effective protection and makes life continues to be a state through exercising other rights which safeguard the right to life. Migrant workers are vulnerable groups of society, and the government plays a major role on the issues of guaranteeing their lives and safeties. Therefore, integrated government regulation, system support, judicial protection and the systems for guaranteeing life safeties of migrant workers must be established.
