At this time, the rapid development of internet has lunched great influence on human beings, which brought about the enormous impact to the traditional morality and initiated all forms of network moral problems are difficult to deal with.Due to the fact that China is now undergoing dramatic social changes, its economic elements, organization structures and modes of distribution grow increasingly diversified.All forms of network moral problems are not only traditional moral problems, but also a transitional social problems which have a directive effect on modern society.In order to solve this problems fundamentally, firstly,we should establish an effective management system to guarantee correct direction of public opinion; secondly,we should take a moral and legal measures to keep the cyberspace operation in order; thirdly, we should strengthen supervisory control and structure network code of ethics by depending on technical,legislative measures and virtual community construction; finally, we should intensify the network enforcement and provide powerful exterior support for the moral networking construction .
