Firstly,we should make a basic law on coordinated development of regional economy as the basis institutional to promote the coordinated development of regional economy. Secondly,we should make and perfect special the legal system on coordinated development of regional economy,which includes industrial policies,fiscal and taxation legal system and the financial legal system etc.Thirdly,we should perfect the procedural rules that include decision-making procedures and implementation procedures and supervision procedure.Fourthly,the government should establish a unified institution to promote regional economy coordinated development.
