With studying the practice experience of foreign countries on the development of regional economy, we have the conclusion that law must be placed priority when regulating the development of regional economy. The legal mechanism must be resorted to coordinate or intervene economical relations occurred in the process of regional economy coordination development. Meanwhile, the function of coordinating or intervening economical relations is accordant with the way of economic law does. So the legal system of regional economy coordination development belongs to the economic law. How to build up and improve the legal system of regional economy so as to solve the problems occurred during the development of regional economy means a great deal to the foundation of China's big uniform market system.
