Study On The Legal Coordinated Mechanism Of China’s Regional Economic Development

Regional economy is a general term which covers the economic operation and relationship generated in the areas that are closely related, In other words, based on the geography, it consists of idiomatical economical compound on the principle of the territorial division. However, the legal system of regional economy is defined as a mechanism which solves the numerous problem and relationship of economic operation in the process of promoting regional economic development. And the object of this system concludes multi-level and widespread issues.More specifically, through establishing coordination mechanism from three aspects of the legislation, law enforcement and the judiciary, the legal system of the regional economy aims to achieve the target of complementary advantages and common development in each region, especially when a series of problems occur such as the legislative conflict, narrow protectionist legislation and judicial disunity.It is manifest that the well-developed legal system will help overcome the interest conflict between the regions. Moreover, the contradiction relating to the legislation, law enforcement and the judiciary will be effectively coordinated. To some extent, the harmonious development of legal system in regional economy will contribute to improve the legal system of the entire market economy. Therefore, in this way the regional economy could be ensured and promoted.This thesis will be divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, it will introduce the research background and meaning. Also the present research status, the study method and content will be included. In the second part, the basic theory about the legal system of regional economy such as the concept, development principle and necessity will be illustrated. Then the third chapter will go on to the present status analysis, particularly in a series of problems as the regulation conflict and imperfect coordinated mechanism, following by analyzing the causes. After that, the fourth section will take the foreign practice and experience into consideration which are mainly derived from the US and European areas. Finally, this thesis will end up with some suggestion on the improvement of legal system of the regional economy in our country, mainly from three aspects that construction of legislation coordinated mechanism, strength on cooperation mechanism between areas and setting up judicial assistance.
