An Interpretation Of Western Non-governmental Organizations And Its Inspiration On China's NGOs

At present,non-governmental organizations(NGOs) have been playing a more and more important role in the international affairs.NGOs originated and developed in the west,which so far have already reached a large scale and have shown repeatedly their striking impacts.Under their influence,China's NGOs have also been growing rapidly since the 1990s.This paper places an analysis on the development,tendency and the active or negative social effects of Western NGOs,as well as on the common problems China's NGOs are facing in the process of development,giving the status quo of NGOs in Guangdong Province as an example,so as to get some deeper understandings of NGOs in China and try to carry out some considerations good for the development of China's NGOs.
