It has been proposed in the early21st century that employment is the basis of people’s living and it is the strategy of stabilization to motivate employment."The twelfth five" compendium has further explained that employment priority strategy should be carried out, employment promotion should be put in the priority position of economy and society development to create employment equality, improve the employment quality and realize sufficient employment. However, it is hard to keep fair and sufficient in the process of reemployment. With the rapid growth of market economy, social network should have taken up less and less in proportion in the process of obtaining career position according to the theories. Instead, due to the existence of system hole in labor market, nowadays social network is playing a more and more important role. Meantime, the number of migrant labors is increasing dramatically every year. The issue of migrant labor employment has aroused the attention of researchers in China. It is not only a economic problem, but also a social problem which shows the problem of farmers and agriculture.On the basis of the motivation, from the angle of social network, this thesis, analyses the effect of social network to migrant labors in the process of reemployment and testifies whether there is obvious relation between social network and the satisfaction and earnings of actively returned migrant labor. Employing the method of questionnaire research and individual interview, aimed at actively returned migrant labor of different industries of Zhoukou in Henan province, the research gave out150pieces of questionnaire, took142pieces back, except unqualified8pieces, finally collected qualified136pieces. After inputting the data and ana-lysing the data with social statics software SPSS16.0, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Re-employment of migrant workers in the process of active return, social network to obtain work satisfaction has a significant effect, but to the work of a monthly income of no significant correlation.(2) As they migrant into the downtown, most of actively returned migrant labors tend to use social network for reemployment. But for the actively returned migrant labors, weak ties occupy a greater proportion than strong ties in social network.(3) The social network scale of actively returned migrant labor has certainly affected their career choices. Although they returned actively this time, generally speaking, it has not changed the social position of returned migrant labors. The results of the research has developed the achievement in this area, and this thesis means to further explore this issue and provide a theoretical basis for migrant labor reemployment.
