Study On Governance Of Moral Indifference’s Negative Effects In The Society

China created "a state of ceremonies" in a five-thousand-year cultural sedimentation. Chinese people always adhere to the thought of "harmony","all men are brothers","the benevolent loves others" and so on. Therefore, the relationship between people and people is harmonious. However, since China have entered the period of social transformation, the pursuit of material comforts continuously became stronger and stronger, at the same time, with the further development of globalization, the western countries’thought of "individualism" and " liberalism" pushed people to become more and more selfish. All of these made many kinds of conflicts occur and people become more and more indifferent. There are not only social reasons, but personal factors for this situation. The situation will become pessimistic if we do nothing for it, According to the negative situation and the basis of the relevant literature, this paper will analyze the status of moral indifference, the forming reasons, harmful influences and the methods or advices of solving the problems in order to promote the formation of good morality and the construction of the harmonious society.This paper mainly carries on the comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of moral indifference. Firstly, collecting and summarizing the relevant information on the status of moral indifference so as to clear the four characterization of moral indifference. Secondly, summarizes the types of moral indifference and clear the main body from the two types of moral indifference. Thirdly, analyze the reasons of moral indifference from social and individual aspects.Then this paper will analyze the types of moral indifference’ negative influence and the reasons of it through social and individual aspects. This paper will also analyze its harmful influence. At last, this paper will puts forward some methods and advices for this problem according to preceding analysis in order to promote good moral atmosphere and make a harmonious society.We need a long-term effort to eliminate the moral indifference and its negative influence on the society. And all people should make a contribution to promoting it. The author hopes that we can make a harmonious society through the preceding analysis.
